Matt Curran

Sr. Director, Video Serivces, Penn Medicine

Matt is an award-winning creative leader and visual storyteller with over 20 years in video production, operations, and strategy. At Penn Medicine, he has grown the video team from a solo operation to a powerhouse that supports major brand- and enterprise-marketing efforts. Matt and team are entrusted to showcase the inspirational stories, remarkable people, and breakthrough scientific discoveries that make Penn Medicine one of the world’s most respected healthcare institutions. Prior to Penn, Matt honed his craft alongside some of the most accomplished sports filmmakers and marketers on the planet as a producer, director, writer, and editor at NFL Films and NBC Sports.


Michelle Daly-Padrón

Studio Director, Comcast

Michelle leads the Studio team at Xfinity Creative, Comcast’s in-house agency. Under her visionary direction, the Studio delivers high-quality, market-ready adaptive creative on demand across Xfinity’s connectivity and entertainment products including Xfinity Internet, the nation’s largest broadband provider; Xfinity Mobile, the fastest mobile provider in Comcast’s footprint with 5G cellular and millions of WiFi hotspots; and Xfinity X1 and Flex, award-winning entertainment platforms. Previously, Michelle was global head of creative production with Bloomberg LP. In addition to being an accomplished artist whose work has been showcased in galleries across the northeast, Michelle champions LGBTQ+ communities as an active OUT ERG leader and mentor.


Ahmad Glenn

Senior Art Director, Window Seat, Delta Air Lines

Ahmad is a creative leader with over 15 years of experience. As a valued member of Window Seat, the award-winning internal agency at Delta Air Lines, he co-leads the employee communications pillar. Prior to Delta, Ahmad was with telecommunications company NTT where he oversaw creative for the Americas and supported the coordination of campaigns across the company’s global network. Previously, he was an art director at UWG, an external agency under the WPP umbrella, where he produced campaigns for Ford Motor Company, The Home Depot, and the U.S. Marine Corp.


Jeanie Havens

Associate Creative Director, Deloitte

As an artist and craftsperson at heart, Jeanie built her 20+ year career translating care, craft, and attention to detail into award-winning creative designs and communications. Not one to be constrained by medium, she extends her skills from visual identity to video, events to interactive experiences. Most importantly, Jeanie sees value in investing in future creative leaders by mentoring and building high-performing teams with varying points of view and experiences. Prior to joining Deloitte, which provides industry-leading audit, consulting, tax and advisory services to many of the world's most admired brands, Jeanie built her career at external agencies where she supported both B2B and B2C campaigns.


Fatima Litim

Senior Production Manager, Wayfair

As a dynamic leader in video production, Fatima brings over 13 years of experience as a producer, screenwriter, and marketing professional to Wayfair. Having worked in house, at external agencies, and other corporate environments, she has collaborated with brands across retail, tech, and government. Dedicated to crafting stories that captivate and provoke, Fatima’s unique blend of marketing expertise and storytelling prowess allow her to create compelling narratives that engage audiences at every turn. Fatima’s passion for innovation and her ability to connect with consumers make her a standout in the video-production industry.


Defne Öztek

Director of Marketing, Brainrider

Defne has been leading marketing and creative teams across the United States for over 13 years. Her experience spans from brand development and content creation to demand generation and integrated campaigns. She is also a DEIB advocate who encourages representation across campaigns and marketing programs. For the past two years, she has worked with Brainrider—a firm that delivers flexible-resourcing solutions that help teams execute at the highest level. Defne runs marketing at Brainrider and spearheads their award-nominated Voice of the Client thought-leadership program spotlighting women in marketing.


Nancy Raider

Branding and Creative Director, Weill Cornell Medicine

With experience in design, brand identity and marketing strategy, Nancy brings a broad perspective to our judging panel. Known as a creative thinker and innovative problem solver, she is also an award-winning marketer with tenure at AT&T and IBM as well as at start-up and non-profit companies. Most recently, Nancy has been focused on the healthcare sector with Planned Parenthood, Mount Sinai Health System, Hackensack Meridian, and Weill Cornell Medicine. Leveraging business acumen and industry knowledge, she bridges client needs with brand strategy and design excellence, making her a respected team leader in U.S. and global markets.


Clare Ralston

Global Head of Creative Operations & Production, Xero

Clare is a marketing operations and creative production leader with nearly 20 years’ experience in external agency and in-house environments. Her expertise spans integrated campaigns, brand strategy, advertising, digital, print, video, and event production. She excels in systems management and implementation, having overseen the selection, deployment, and management of various platforms and processes. She has also demonstrated success leading global teams in cities like Sydney, Melbourne, Glasgow, and London as well as driving continuous improvement and supporting cross-departmental projects. Clare is passionate about driving operational excellence and innovation in high-growth environments, further demonstrating her strategic and leadership capabilities.


Josh Reese

Creative Director, Chewy

Josh has worked in advertising and brand design for the last 20 years, including stints at top creative agencies like The Martin Agency, Energy BBDO, and Mullen Advertising, now moving to bring collaborative creative excellence in-house. He helped to start the internal Copper Giants team at Liberty Mutual and is now supporting creative marketing at Chewy. He’s worked on projects for Walmart, Bud Light, and Tylenol and has been awarded D&AD, Cannes, Webby and other accolades for creative work he has both participated in and led.


Simon Sikorski

As a marketing industry veteran with over 25 years of experience, Simon leads and inspires teams across diverse disciplines and geographies for unparalleled creative solutions and performance. His experience spans a global network of production studios, leading a portfolio of marketing agencies in Canada, and servicing leading international brands such as GM, Nestlé, L’Oreal, and Microsoft. Most recently, Simon served as president of Global Operations at XR Extreme Reach. Prior to that he was CEO of McCann’s global production unit Craft Worldwide, and CEO of McCann Worldgroup’s agencies in Canada.


Marta Stiglin

Marta is one of the leading organizational strategists and change agents in the advertising and marketing community, called upon as an expert by publications from Adweek the Wall Street Journal. Her firm, Stiglin Consulting, was chosen by Business Insider as one of a handful helping big brands take their advertising in house—partnering with corporate marketing and creative agencies to advance their organizational strategies, structures, and operating practices to boost the capabilities and contributions of in-house teams. Marta is also one of the founding members of IHAF, serving on its Board of Directors for 10 years.

Today, his expertise, customer-centric approach to storytelling, and hyper focus on delivering results-oriented creative have been instrumental in helping people live their lives to the fullest through exceptional vacation experiences.
