The IHAF Performance Evaluator is an added benefit to our members. This online survey enables you to measure your in-house agency’s effectiveness as a marketing communications solutions provider to the businesses you support—essentially measuring the satisfaction of your internal base of clients.

The full survey includes over 60 statements across nine categories representing the functions and responsibility areas that comprise the majority of in-house agencies. With proper application, the data gleaned through this assessment tool can enable you to build stronger, more mutually beneficial partnerships with your business colleagues.

The IHAF Performance Evaluator is available to members at no additional cost. As one of the many benefits you receive by being part of the IHAF community, we encourage you to use it regularly to assess your in-house agency’s performance and report their progress to key stakeholders throughout the company.
