Rob Bloom
Associate Creative Director, Universal Destinations & Experiences
Rob is an award-winning creative director who spent over 20 years crafting campaigns for brands like DC Comics, Toyota, U.S. Virgin Islands, Brawny, Dunkin’, Baskin-Robbins, Kellogg’s, AT&T and others. In addition to advertising and branding, Rob is a recognized comedy writer and screenwriter who has written for the Cartoon Network, NPR, The Onion, and the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre. At Universal Destinations & Experiences, Rob is an ACD with Popcorn—a cross-functional, multi-cultural group of strategists, project managers and creative contributors. His passion is telling memorable stories that evoke emotions and leave an impression.
Peter Brown
Head of Content Management Optimization, The LEAD, Nestlé USA
Peter is an award-winning marketer, having received 15 distinguished advertising awards in the span of his career. He spent the early part of his career as an account strategist in New York City with external agencies WPP and Publicis. He then transitioned to the world’s largest CPG as a marketing strategist responsible for brand and communications strategy/planning, as well as managing the agencies of record. Peter joined Nestlé’s in-house agency in 2021 to lead the content management team, moving into the critical role of enabling transformation by unlocking efficiencies to achieve best-in-class digital and social strategy services.
Heather Chong
Creative Director, n-HOUSE, 7-Eleven
Heather is the head of the content team at 7-Eleven's n-HOUSE agency, responsible for branding, campaign creative development, photography, and content creation for various owned channels such as 7E/Slurpee TT, Slurpee Instagram, web, and overall branding initiatives. With 17 years of experience in the creative industry, Heather specializes in digital media and photography. She firmly believes in the power of authentic storytelling, which can only be achieved by leveraging a diverse team with a wide range of perspectives. Prior to 7-Eleven, Heather was a digital designer and an art director with the Home Loans division at Capital One.
Diane Jackson
VP, Global Production, Makers
With an illustrious career spanning agency, technology and brand, Diane brings a world-class combination of business leadership, production operations, creative storytelling and a vast community to Makers. After introducing a new production model at DDB, she led Meta and Facebook’s Global Production for Creative and Experiential where she produced the company’s rebranding campaign “Meet Meta” and co-authored Meta’s Production Playbook. Her teams and projects have received countless awards including Emmys, Clios and Cannes Lions. In 2018, she received the Gold Stevie Award and was named Woman of the Year in Advertising, Marketing and Public Relations.
Troy Johnson
Creative Director, Caterpillar Inc.
Troy is a Chicago-based creative director with over 25 years of experience influencing teams that deliver award-winning creative, brand storytelling, and strategic marketing solutions that drive consumer and brand engagement on behalf of Fortune 100 companies. Today, he leads the graphics and video team for Ironworks, the award-winning in-house agency at Caterpillar. Prior to CAT, Troy led design teams within Creative Services at State Farm—transitioning to Marketing where he helped lead, develop, and deliver some of the company’s most iconic, customer-facing marketing and brand initiatives.
Lisa Bernier Moulton
Senior Associate Director, Account Management, Boston University
As part of Creative Services, Boston University’s in-house agency, Lisa oversees the account team that supports 17 schools and colleges, as well as University centers, departments and administrative offices—collaborating closely with creative colleagues to deliver award-winning work that promotes the BU brand. Previously, Lisa was SVP, Management Supervisor at external agency Hill, Holliday, where she directed brand and retail advertising for Bank of America. Before that, she was VP, Account Director at MullenLowe U.S, where she oversaw a range of campaigns for brands like BMW of North America, L.L. Bean, Timberland, Frito-Lay, and Colgate.
Katie Potochney
Executive Creative Director, Head of Wink, Mailchimp
Katie runs Wink, Mailchimp’s global in-house creative agency—growing the team to an award-winning collective of 40+ fearlessly talented creatives across design, advertising and studio production. Prior to Mailchimp, Katie led brand design at Etsy, spearheading its first app-focused brand identity and building the company’s first-ever TV advertising capabilities. Previously, she was Creative Director at SYPartners, designing human-centric experiences to transform company vision, brand narratives, and culture reboots for clients such as IBM, Bloomberg, AARP, J&J, Ogilvy, AT&T, and eBay. Katie has a background in art direction with external agencies including Droga5 and Johannes Leonardo.
Donna Rossi

Donna is a global marketing and operations executive with over 25 years of customer, marketing, and operations experience in the fintech industry. She is also an advocate for continuous improvement based on customer needs, user-inspired designs, and employee engagement that positions the customer experience as a brand differentiator. At Empower, the second-largest retirement recordkeeper in the U.S. and a leading provider of financial services, Donna and her team are responsible for ensuring that the agency delivers high-quality marketing communications in support of stated goals and objectives on behalf of internal clients and the corporate brand.
Michael Wood

Michael is passionate about developing creative solutions to big challenges, dreaming up new ideas, and discovering unexpected opportunities. Prior to joining Liberty Mutual, he was in the external agency world, delivering award-winning experiential marketing campaigns for numerous Fortune 500 clients from iconic CPG brands to tech titans. Colby Woodland
Creative Director, North America, Enterprise Holdings
Colby is an experienced creative director with a portfolio of notable achievements driving impactful marketing campaigns. Currently leading Creative for North America at Enterprise Holdings, he oversees both in-house and external agency teams, ensuring seamless execution of marketing initiatives for Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental, and Alamo Rent a Car, as well as lines of business catering to B2B, B2C, and B2G audiences. With a strong collaborative approach, Colby fosters cross-functional teamwork and global creative alignment for all marketing communications. Prior to Enterprise, his career journey includes creative leadership positions at fast casual restaurant, Panera Bread, and upscale retailer, Nordstrom.
