Jeff Bixler
Director, Campfire Creative, Georgia-Pacific
Jeff spent the last decade transforming a scrappy band of creatives into a full-service agency with capabilities that span digital media, social, packaging/surface design, photography, and shopper marketing. Today, he leads Campfire Creative—the award-winning in-house agency that supports Georgia-Pacific’s retail consumer products business. With over 20 years in the CPG industry, Jeff has a well-rounded perspective, having spent time in operations, supply chain and marketing. A designer by trade, he holds a BFA from the Savannah College of Art and Design and loves to get his hands dirty on client work to keep his skills from getting rusty.
Tom Christmann
Executive Creative Director, Catch & Release / Lab+
Tom is a strategic thinker and award-winning creative leader who has been an #adnerd since the early ‘90s. In his three decades in advertising, at agencies from BBDO to VaynerMedia, he helped produce iconic communications for some of the world’s most famous brands. As an ECD at Catch+Release, Tom and his colleagues create and experiment with a global found-content market that benefits creators and brands alike. Tom is also the founder and host of The A-List Podcast, co-dean of Adhouse Advertising School, and co-founder and commissioner of the legendary Madmen Bowling League.
Marissa Eddings
Senior Director, Digital & Content Marketing, 7-Eleven
Marissa is an energetic marketing leader who believes combining customer insights with competitive intelligence and internal data provides a rock-solid base for developing a full-proof marketing strategy. In her current role, Melissa leads n-HOUSE—the internal creative agency for 7-Eleven. She also oversees content planning, development, and publishing in owned-marketing channels including social media, web and CRM. Before 7-Eleven, Marissa held similar positions in marketing at Capital One and American Express. Marissa received her M.B.A from London Business School and her B.S. in Advertising from University of Texas in Austin.
Jamie Ferreira
Executive Creative Director, Deloitte
Jamie leads the Creative Center of Excellence within the Green Dot Agency at Deloitte. An art director and designer by discipline, Jamie has over 20 years’ experience solving complex problems and formulating iconic solutions that generate business results. Prior to Deloitte, Jamie created award-winning campaigns for a number of Fortune 500 companies, helping to shape and build several brand groups within some of the largest global agencies. An accomplished creative, Jamie is also the proud recipient of numerous awards including Cannes, D&AD, ANDYs, CLIO, London International, One Show, Effie, Webby, MITX, and Clios.
Katelyn Kennedy
Head of Production, Wayfair
Katelyn is a 15-year veteran of the TV and advertising industry, spanning Boston, New York City and Los Angeles. Prior to joining Wayfair, she was an external agency producer, working with clients like Dunkin Donuts, Bank of America and Merrill Lynch. Previously, she oversaw the internal production studio for Reebok. At Wayfair, Katelyn spearheads an award-winning video team that produces over 800 assets per year across broadcast, online video and social media. Always looking out for the next generation of production infrastructure, Katelyn drives innovation by championing production strategy into upstream processes.
Jeff Kosloski
Executive Creative Director, UCHealth
After 25 years as an external agency copywriter and creative director in Michigan and Colorado, Jeff ditched the agency world to go in house, joining UCHealth as their ECD. There, he built a powerhouse team of former agency folks looking to not only produce groundbreaking work but rediscover their lives and souls. Within two years, they brought all creative work in house and officially launched Anatomy—the internal agency at UCHealth. The past six+ years have resulted in the best and most gratifying work of Jeff’s career, telling powerful patient stories in every way and place imaginable.

Group Creative Director, UX and Design, Vanguard
DJ built his career on the belief that digital experience strategy and execution should be highly intelligent and growth focused. With a track record of building bench strength across assorted teams, he has successfully led a wide range of initiatives for leading national brands. At Vanguard, DJ oversees the UX strategy and design practice for larger-scale digital initiatives within a multi-disciplinary, in-house agency with a mission to bring simplicity and humanity to the complexities of financial services. Prior to Vanguard, DJ managed multiple creative teams both for external agencies and on the client-side at the intersection of marketing, creative and technology.
Kearstin Patterson
Vice President, Creative, HCA Healthcare
Kearstin leads the in-house creative agency for HCA Healthcare, a leading provider of healthcare services with over 180 hospitals and 2,300 care sites in the US and UK. Her team is responsible for the strategic direction and delivery of creative solutions that meet marketing and brand objectives for colleagues, consumers and industry stakeholders. Formed in 2017, the award-winning in-house agency focuses on graphic design, video, photography, event strategy and copywriting, supporting over 200 projects per week. Kearstin has nearly 20 years’ experience across a variety of sectors, winning numerous awards in her field while serving on the board of several non-profit organizations in her hometown of Nashville.
Chris Patti
Creative Director, Brand & Creative Marketing, SAS
Chris leads the in-house creative and asset management team at SAS. Responsible for creative strategy and activation to drive demand and awareness, he works with teams across SAS marketing and its partners to build the SAS brand internally and externally. Chris is passionate about supporting the talented folks that make world-class, results-oriented creative work for the world’s premier advanced analytics company. Previously, he worked as a creative director and ACD/writer on the external agency side. Chris’ areas of expertise revolve around brand development, advertising, video storytelling and new media.
Imanol Ramos Uribe
Executive Creative Director, BBVA Creative
Imanol studied audiovisual communication, going on to earn a master’s degree in the direction of fiction. Since then, he’s worked in a music-branded content agency, as a freelance animator, and today as ECD of BBVA Creative—BBVA’s in-house creative agency. Imanol was part of the evolution of BBVA Creative, advancing it from an audiovisual production group to a creative agency with a global presence in all of the countries where BBVA is located. Since joining BBVA Creative, Imanol has worked on countless programs including the development of a global campaign launching the rebrand of BBVA.
Danielle Tolkin

Danielle works with brands to meet the daunting challenge of creating content at speed and scale. Her individualized approach with each of her clients fosters customized creative and production solutions that push beyond the status quo. Prior to joining Genero, Danielle spent over a decade working with brands like L’Oréal, Revlon, Purina, and Bayer in a client service and strategic capacity. Debbie Totten
Vice President, Global Brand Strategy & Creative Delivery, Marriott Vacations Worldwide
With over 25 years of brand and creative strategy experience, Debbie leads the in-house agency at Marriott Vacations Worldwide and the external agencies the company uses to inspire leisure travel. With eight premium brands and multiple businesses, her team is responsible for all customer-facing communications. Debbie started her career at Marriott, where she built the in-house creative capability for the vacation-ownership business. From there she joined Starwood Hotels & Resorts. Following an acquisition, she found herself back at MVW, responsible for integrating multiple creative organizations. Debbie is passionate about building world-class brand and creative teams that deliver thoughtful, innovative solutions for the business.
Regina Vaitzman
VP/Creative Director, Production & Seismic Sales Enablement Management, Cohen and Steers
Cohen & Steers (CNS) is a global investment manager specializing in liquid real assets including real estate securities, listed infrastructure, and natural resource equities, as well as preferred securities and other income solutions. At CNS, Regina leads Creative Services—a dedicated group of in-house creative professionals who are focused on print and digital design, presentation production, and Seismic sales enablement. Prior to CNS, Regina spent 10 years as AVP of Marketing Communications at Credit Suisse Asset Management. She is currently based in New York.
