Adam Bailey

Head of Design, Mass. Bay Brewing Co./Harpoon Brewery

Since joining the brewery in 2000, Adam has had a front-row seat to the brewery’s dramatic growth and the accompanying explosion of craft beer in America. He leads a small team of multi-disciplinary designers capable of handling almost any visual communication challenge. This includes everything from brand development, packaging, POS, photography, advertising, to wearables and environmental design. Adam and his team work hard to curate memorable and on-brand drinking experiences in a sea of unique offerings.


Robert Berkeley

Co-founder and CEO, Express KCS

Robert is co-founder and CEO of Express KCS, an independent global provider of all-media creative production solutions for brands and agencies. He is the also host of the Inside Jobs podcast where he talks to creative leaders from some of the world’s leading brands about their personal journeys and how they approach creating and running effective creative operations. From the 80's newspaper industry to today’s multiple-media environment, the common theme throughout Robert's career has been providing technology and services to enable creative people to do their jobs.


Will Burns

CEO, Ideasicle

In 2010, Will founded the virtual idea-generating company, Ideasicle, and serves as Creative Director. At about the same time, he became a Forbes Contributor writing about the importance of creativity in modern branding. And, for 20+ formative years before that, he criss-crossed the country experiencing the best agencies in the world. He learned as a pup from the creative greats, David Lubars and David Baldwin, at Leonard/Monahan in Providence. He witnessed the magic of Jeff Goodby at Goodby Silverstein in San Francisco. He was immersed in the culture of unabashed creativity and attitude of Wieden & Kennedy in Portland, OR. He's seen ghosts in the old "mansion" of Mullen in Wenham, MA. And, he's won over $1B in new billings as head of business development at Arnold in Boston.


Mark Chamberlain

Group Creative Director, Deloitte

Mark is Group Creative Director at Deloitte’s award-winning Green Dot Agency and former Executive Creative Director of Boston University. Prior to moving brand-side, he spent two decades working at advertising agencies and startups in Boston and Los Angeles where he created integrated campaigns, social activations and branded content for global brands including Toyota, Foxwoods, General Motors, Timberland Pro, National Grid and Dunkin’. His work has been recognized at Cannes, One Show, Clios, Webbys and London International Awards.

Eve Delaney

Account & Operations Director, American Express

Eve seeks creative collaboration in all that she does, thanks to an agency background and education in fine art and entrepreneurship. In her role as Account & Operations Director for American Express’ internal creative agency, she is focused on expanding the team and bolstering an enterprise-wide creative community. Over the past 10 years, she has developed brand and acquisition marketing campaigns for American Express programs and products, defined and implemented growth strategies for B2C and B2B brands and advocacy programs, scaled adoption for new digital products, and launched successful integrated marketing partnerships with Fortune 500 brands across technology, e-commerce, and social.


Jessica Fein

VP Brand, Content & Creative, Bright Horizons

Jessie is VP Brand, Content & Creative at Bright Horizons, where has overseen two major company-wide rebranding efforts. She built the creative team from the ground up, bringing the design studio and video capabilities in house. Prior to joining Bright Horizons, she was an opinion columnist for the Boston Globe and ran her own communications business, Fein Print. Jessie currently serves on the board of MitoAction.


Stephnee Leathers

Senior Director, Global Creative, Robert Half and Protiviti

Stephnee is a proven creative visionary and leader with over 20 years of marketing experience, and currently leads global creative teams for Robert Half and Protiviti. She’s driven positive results for multiple enterprises in both B2B and B2C spaces, building global brands and producing award-winning work. Her leadership style inspires teams to find unique solutions, transcend the status quo and elevate the overall quality of the creative product. Steph’s a genuine collaborator who believes in empowering others and is, herself, a passionate creative to the core. Her passions can also be seen outside of work in her extensive community volunteerism, exploring nature and traveling the world with her family.


Brad Lund

Sr. Director of Communications, Avantor 

Brad has worked in the corporate and agency content production industry for over 25 years, recently joining Avantor to lead their global creative in-house agency. Prior to that, Brad spent over seven years at the Campbell Soup Company leading their in-house agency. At Campbells, his team decoupled production from their agencies which enabled his team to produce all forms of content including broadcast TV for numerous brands including Campbell Soup, Pepperidge Farm, Prego, Pace, V8, Swanson, Chunky and more. Brad has worked in a variety of industries including healthcare, non-profit, manufacturing, CPG, life science, advanced technology and applied materials industries.


Sharon Poddick

Director of Creative Operations, Orvis

For the past 18 years, Sharon has worked in various capacities at Flybox Creative, the in-house agency at Orvis. She started her career in photography operations and print production. As Director of Creative Operations, Sharon manages premedia, project management, photo operations and print production along with the overall operations of the internal agency. She believes in the strength of the internal agency and has been a key player in the agency’s transformation from order taker to strategic partner. 

 


Jon Reil

Director of Creative, Art and Design, Liberty Mutual Insurance

Jon is passionate about creating innovative work that meets the needs of consumers, developing teams that deliver results, and transforming complex design and marketing challenges into simple, effective work. As Director of Creative, Art and Design, he is focused on leading and overseeing creative that results in compelling conceptual and strategic work across all communication disciplines. His past experience includes work across all channels for various clients including Google, National Geographic, Department of Defense, MassMutual, adidas, Bose, Nestlé and Rent.com. Prior to joining Liberty Mutual, Jon held creative leadership positions at MullenLowe, Isobar, Outsight Interactive and Stamps.com.


Christina Warga

Production Manager, WhiteSpace/Abbott

Born and raised in Columbus, Chris graduated from The Ohio State with a degree in public relations. Shortly thereafter, she started her first agency position in traffic. Since then, Chris has worked for numerous Columbus ad agencies in various roles within operations. She joined Abbott in 2011 with the inception of the internal agency, WhiteSpace. As Senior Manager of Operations, Chris has seen growth of the agency from three to over 125. She currently manages a staff of 18, including producers, webDAM administrators, editors, traffic managers and creative operations. Her team is responsible for the agency’s internal tools and processes, onboarding and training, finance and staffing as well as art buying and production of tv and video.
